B. A thesis statement (one sentence that provides structure to your argument, hints at evidence, and asserts your opinion)
C. Summary of evidence (you will explain your points fully in your body paragraph)
D. Concluding sentence

Options for Thesis....

-    Between Mrs. Foster and Miss Strangewoth, Mrs. Foster is more evil because evidence clearly shows she intentionally lets her husband die and shows no remorse, whereas Miss Strangeworth doesn't realize the consequences of her actions.

- In comparing Mrs. Foster and Miss Strangeworth, evidence suggests Miss Strangeworth is the more evil character because she sends terrible letters anonymously, showing she knows it's wrong while Mrs. Foster merely reacts naturally to a long life of mental abuse.

** You should now have your introduction and body paragraphs finished. We will be working on our conclusion tomorrow. The essay is due Friday at the beginning of class**
