B. In the novel, Montag is a sympathetic protagonist; he is also at least partially responsible for multiple deaths. Using examples from the text, compare and contrast the killings in which Montag takes part. Does the novel seem to suggest that any of them are justified?
C. Fahrenheit 451 is widely regarded as a “dystopian” novel, one that critiques the notion of an ideal, free society and offers instead an exaggerated picture of alienation and control.
